Four bands advance to compete June 20

Road to Lounge Acts finalists chosen by YOU
Last Saturday night was an exciting one in the history of the Kurt Cobain Memorial Foundation. We held the first round of our Road to Lounge Acts competition at the Polish Club in Aberdeen. It was the closest competition we've had and the talent was amazing. A few fan votes either way would have changed the winners, which will move on to the Road to Lounge Acts finals, Saturday, June 20, at the VFW in Aberdeen. $5 cover, all-ages with bar for 21+.

And your finalists are:

Powerbomb the Wolf
Rebel Skum
Godfed Static
Audrey's on Fire

Each band will play a 30-minute set with their own gear on June 20 and the crowd will once again help determine the winner, which will move on to play Lounge Acts in October.
