Committee featured on KING-5 news segment
April 10 fundraiser concert, Leland Cobain the focus

 Leland Cobain was the featured interview and spoke to our efforts to build a youth center in his grandson's name. The news segment took the trite and well-worn "Aberdeen is a depressed town" angle, and failed to mention Leland is among our founding committee members, but we've come to expect that by now. Oh, and they were off by three days on the date of Kurt's death, so don't send us e-mails on that one. We already know. Still, we've seen far worse and appreciate the coverage.
